Binomial Expansion
Expand (a + bx)ⁿ exactly: whole-number powers in full (Y12), or negative and fractional powers as a series with its range of validity (Y13).
n can be negative or a fraction, e.g. -2 or 1/2. "Terms" is used when the expansion doesn't stop.
